About the Role

We’re hiring a Strategic Partner Manager to drive execution across some of our most strategic relationships - both with media companies and agency/advertiser partners. This is a hybrid role that blends elements of account management, program management, and light-touch business development.

You’ll be the connective tissue between our commercial, product, and partner teams. You will launch and scale clients, build operational infrastructure, share product feedback, and help codify what excellence looks like in a brand-new category: content-to-commerce.

What You’ll Do

  • Launch and scale partners: Own onboarding, activation, and ongoing success for key publisher and advertiser relationships.
  • Drive operational mechanisms: Build and deploy playbooks, documentation, best practices, and operational standards. Create repeatable systems for inventory utilization, verticalized commerce strategies, campaign QA, product usage, etc.
  • Be a cross-functional collaborator: Collaborate closely with product, commercial, and sales leadership to align partner needs with company priorities.
  • Act as a strategic operator: Be a trusted partner to clients, surfacing insights and opportunities to increase adoption and value.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years in account management, program management, operations, or partnerships, ideally within a startup, ad tech, or media environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising, programmatic, retail media.
  • Analytical thinking and curiosity - you’re excited to learn new and technical concepts and use data to drive decisions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; confident presenting to executive stakeholders.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Entrepreneurial/builder Mindset: Comfortable and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Hybrid: While Shopsense is a remote company, our expectation is that you will be meeting with clients in person as needed.
