Bryan Quinn
Chief Executive Officer / Co-Founder
A former Amazon executive with deep streaming TV and advertising experience, Bryan founded Amazon Publisher Services and multiple billion dollar advertising businesses during his 11 year tenure. He launched video advertising on Fire TV and Prime Video Channels, audio advertising on Alexa, and interactive shopping ads on CTV and Alexa. Bryan was a member of Amazon's Senior Leadership Team for Sponsored Advertising.
Glenn Fishback
Chairman / Co-Founder
As a seasoned operator and builder with over 25 years of digital media experience, Glenn has consistently demonstrated his ability to increase revenue and achieve multiple M&A exits. In March 2021, during the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic, Glenn successfully negotiated the $133 million (USD) sale of Toplooks.ai, a bootstrapped AI commerce startup, to Klarna Inc. At Klarna, Glenn launched the Klarna Retail Media Network into a $200M+ (USD) profitable entity.
Marissa Ramirez
Chief Commercial Officer
An experienced and dynamic leader, Marissa has built and scaled multiple $100M+ advertising businesses through partnerships with some of the world's largest publishers and agencies/advertisers (WarnerBros Discovery, Paramount Global, Publicis, State Farm). Prior to joining Shopsense, Marissa spent a decade at Amazon, where she was responsible for the Amazon Ads’ commercial strategy, GTM motion and operational execution for agencies/ advertisers to access top streaming TV apps using Amazon technology.
Alan Lewis
Chief Product Officer
An experienced and visionary technology leader, Alan has spent more than 25 years building and scaling transformative software products at some of the world’s leading technology companies, including Amazon, eBay, Alibaba, and Realtor.com. Most recently, he led product and engineering for Amazon Marketing Cloud, helping shape the industry-leading data clean room platform used by advertisers to securely connect insights, deepen measurement, and make smarter marketing decisions.
Samuel Gottlieb
Chief Technology Officer / Founding Team
Sam specializes in building and scaling advanced computer vision and machine learning systems that deliver measurable business impact. He holds a patent in synthetic image generation and developed a generative AI model that processes more than 400,000 images each day within minutes of upload. Before joining Shopsense, Sam led high-impact engineering teams at CarMax across computer vision, generative AI, and large language models. His work contributed more than $75 million in annual revenue while reducing infrastructure costs by 80%.
Gavin Simpson
Chief Design Officer / Co-Founder
A Clio award-winning designer with 20+ years of experience balancing creativity and execution in key areas to bring growth to businesses. In the course of growing Toplooks.ai, culminating in the company's acquisition by Klarna, he played a vital role in developing its strategic direction. Whether in the B2B or B2C sector, he excels in branding, performance marketing, and user experience. Through the combination of performance metrics and innovative product design, he creates narratives that elicit emotional responses and deliver results.
Dharmil Chandarana
Principal Applied Scientist
Having a mix of experience in both the domains, Dharmil thrives at the intersection of Machine Learning Engineering and Computer Vision Science to develop and deploy Artificial Intelligence models at scale. Dharmil worked on multiple high-impact projects at Amazon, across AWS, Alexa and Amazon Photos teams, with a focus on delivering end-to-end cost-effective ML solutions. He also holds several patents and has co-authored multiple scientific papers in the ML space.
